Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Equipment Gateway Inc.'s online site.  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We only ship to USA addresses.  

We do our best to get your order fulfilled as soon as it is received.  In-stock orders are processed within 0-1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping costs for Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii are slightly different, given their location. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order or if it is not in stock, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer the following shipping options. You will be asked to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Expedited shipping only applies for items 6 lbs and below.
